Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the $66.5 billion military aid provided by US since 2022 won’t be recognised as loan. Meanwhile, the new US minerals deal draft proposal states that Kyiv should repay all the aid received, which could exceed $120 billion. It also says a special fund will grant US control over Ukraine’s oil and gas, metals and infrastructure.
